Set up your account
First, open the account setup page in the user dashboard. VPNJF doesn't require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you'll recognize and set a unique password. Before submitting, check your details, especially password capitalization and accidental spaces. You'll need these credentials to sign in, view your plan, and get your subscription.
After completing the on-screen steps, open the user dashboard and check that you can view your account overview. Save your username and password in your password manager rather than relying on your current browser session. You'll need them to access your account if you switch devices or clear your browser data.
If you already have an account, just sign in; there's no need to set one up for each device. VPNJF supports unlimited simultaneous devices, and you can import your account's subscription on each one. Keep your account credentials and subscription link separate: use the former to access the dashboard and the latter to load server configurations in your client. Keep both secure.
Opening the dashboard doesn't mean you already have an active subscription. Next, check the plan, complete your order, and return to the overview to confirm the service status. Data allowances and prices are listed on the plans page.
Choose a plan and complete your order
Open the plans page in the dashboard and decide whether you need a monthly subscription or prefer to pay by data usage. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Consider how you'll use the service: browsing text uses a different amount of data than streaming video, so don't choose a tier based only on the number of devices.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the amount shown in the dashboard before proceeding. If your usage varies, you can also choose a data pack: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is deducted as you use it, and the pack never expires. The two options have different billing rules, so review the terms before choosing.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due. Pay using the Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT option shown on the page. Once payment is complete, return to the dashboard to check the order status. Don't assume the plan is active just because the payment page has closed. If the status hasn't updated, check the original order before creating or paying for another one.
VPNJF offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details on how to request a refund. This guide covers the connection setup process; for full plan terms and a comparison of data packs, visit the plans page before returning to the dashboard.
Get your subscription in the dashboard
After placing your order, open the account overview and confirm that your plan is active. Check your remaining data and other account details, then find the subscription link or import option. A subscription isn't a list of servers to enter one by one; it's a way for your client to load the configuration. Once imported, the client displays the available servers.
If the dashboard offers one-click import for your client, you can use it directly. Your browser may ask permission to open the associated app. Before proceeding, make sure it's the client you installed. If you haven't installed a client yet, follow the setup steps in the next section, then return to the overview to import your subscription. A browser that doesn't open the app doesn't mean your subscription is invalid.
To import by link, use the dashboard's copy option, then paste the link into “Add subscription” or “Import from URL” in your client. Check that the entire link was copied and that no extra text or line breaks were included. Don't paste the link into a regular browser address bar or share it publicly in a discussion forum.
Your subscription link may contain account-specific access credentials. Hide the link and its parameters before saving or sharing screenshots, recordings, or support requests. If you think someone else has obtained the link, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option or contact support through a dashboard ticket. After resetting it, update the link in your own clients.
Import the client for your platform
First, sign in and open the client downloads page in the user dashboard. Choose a client for your device's operating system and read the installation instructions there. Get the client and load your subscription from the dashboard; this page doesn't provide public downloads. The steps below cover importing on each platform. Menu names may vary, so look for the equivalent feature rather than repeatedly installing other apps.
Windows: Load your subscription and enable the system proxy
Use the Windows desktop client provided in the dashboard. Install and open it, then find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Configuration Management.” Choose the option to add from a link, paste the subscription you copied, and save it. If you used one-click import, check that the client received the configuration, then look for the subscription name and server list in the app.
The first import usually requires an internet connection to download the configuration. When the list appears, select the configuration, choose a server, and connect. Desktop clients may have a separate system proxy switch: having a configuration doesn't mean your browser is using it. Follow the client instructions to enable the system proxy. Leave the default rules in place for now, and try advanced modes only after basic access works.
macOS: Grant network access and select a configuration
Use the macOS desktop client provided in the dashboard. After installation, open the app, go to subscriptions or configurations, and choose URL import. Paste and save the link. Once the server list loads, set this configuration as the active one. If the app runs from the menu bar, click its icon to reopen the controls.
On your first connection, macOS may ask to add a VPN configuration, enable a network extension, or allow access to network features. Make sure the prompt comes from the client you're using, then follow the system instructions to grant permission. If prompted to open Settings, go to the indicated section and allow access, then return to the client and connect. Don't just close the prompt and try again: without the required permission, the client may not be able to route network traffic even if the import succeeded.
Android: Add your subscription and grant VPN access
Use the Android mobile client provided in the dashboard. Open “Configuration” or “Subscription,” tap the add option, and choose URL import. Paste the link, save it, and update the configuration. Confirm that the server list appears, then set the imported configuration as the active one. If your browser opens the app, return to the client to check that the subscription was saved.
When you choose a server and connect, Android will usually show a VPN connection permission prompt. Check the app name and confirm, then check that the client shows as connected. If the app offers per-app routing, make sure your browser is included in the proxy scope during initial setup. If the connection later drops when your screen locks, see the help page for background operation and battery management tips. You don't need to change every system setting during the initial import.
iOS: Install the client and add a configuration from the dashboard
Check the iOS section of the dashboard for the current client and App Store instructions. First, make sure your store account can access the app listing. After installation, use the compatible import option provided in the dashboard if available. For manual setup, look for Subscription, Add Configuration, or URL Import in the client, then paste the link and load it.
When the client asks to add a VPN configuration, follow the iOS prompt and complete any on-device verification required. Return to the client, select the configuration, choose a server, and connect. Grant permissions through the client's normal workflow; don't install the subscription link as a system profile. If the store link or permission steps don't match your current system, see FAQs for troubleshooting.
Linux: Follow the same subscription import steps
VPNJF also supports Linux. Choose a client suited to your environment in the dashboard, import your subscription, then enable the configuration and connect. Desktop proxy settings, terminal environments, and app-specific proxy settings may be independent. To route command-line tools, first verify the connection in your browser, then check the relevant settings in the complete guide. Don't copy local port settings from another device without checking them.
After importing on any platform, you should be able to find the active configuration and available servers. If the list is empty, first check whether the subscription updated successfully, the network can load the configuration, and your account plan is active. You don't need to add servers one by one. Don't change the proxy mode and system network settings at the same time before confirming the import worked.
Connect and verify it works
Choose a server suited to the region of your target service, then connect. For your first session, keep the default rules and don't run other proxy tools that also route network traffic. Once the client shows as connected, check that the system proxy or VPN is active too, then open the website you need in your browser.
Next, open this site's IP check page to see the exit details for your browser request. You can compare the results before and after connecting, but account for your client's routing mode: in rule mode, different websites may take different routes. The result reflects only that browser request; it doesn't by itself confirm that all your apps are connected.
A target service loading properly is more useful than a connection icon alone. Try opening the page, signing in normally, or loading the content you need. If only one website has a problem, first check that service's account and regional requirements. Connecting to a server doesn't change a third-party service's account rules or guarantee access to content in every region.
If nothing loads, first check that the right configuration is selected, the subscription updated successfully, and the connection switch is on. Then try another server. If your browser works but another app doesn't, check whether it follows the system proxy or is excluded by your routing rules. Change one setting at a time and check the result so you can identify what affects the connection.
Once everything works, note where to update the subscription in your client. If the server list changes, update the existing subscription; you don't need to set up another account. To switch devices, repeat the import steps on the new device. Keep an eye on data resets and plan status for monthly subscriptions; data packs draw down from the remaining balance.
