Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what data VPNJF uses when visitors browse the website, manage accounts, receive subscriptions, or request support, and how users can manage that data. It applies to this service's website and user panel. Third-party services, such as payment platforms, are governed by their own privacy policies.

Account and Order Data

VPNJF does not require an email address; an account can be opened with a username and password. Email is not required for registration or for using a subscription. The username identifies the account, and the password verifies identity. Keep your login details secure, and do not submit your password or full subscription link in a support ticket.

To deliver subscriptions and process payments, this service stores account-linked plan details, order status, payment results, data usage, and support records. These details are used to confirm entitlements, verify payments, reset data usage, and handle refunds. Any issue descriptions and attachments submitted by users are used only to address the related request. Remove personal information unrelated to the issue before submitting.

Anonymous No-Logs Stance

VPNJF follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or create records that can reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. The cumulative data usage needed for account billing is not a record of website visits.

Temporary connection state used to maintain an active session is only used to handle the connection and is not retained as long-term connection history. This service does not keep connection logs that link an account to individual destination websites or addresses. The website's own analytics and order records are handled separately as described below and should not be confused with browsing activity over the routes.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources, and button interactions so we can improve content and troubleshoot page issues. Analytics may involve pages visited, visit times, referral information, and browser environment, but are not used to collect browsing content from the routes. Do not include passwords, subscription credentials, or other sensitive information in page addresses or query parameters.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language choices, and retain essential interface preferences. If login credentials need to be stored in the current browser, avoid sharing that browser account. You can clear or restrict this storage in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again and may reset some preferences. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side accounts or orders.

Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures

VPNJF supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service. This service receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment status needed to verify an order; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to customer support. The third party's own rules govern how it handles payment information.

Data is used only to deliver the service, process payments, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary security maintenance. This service does not sell users' personal information. If disclosure is legally required, only existing data within the scope of the applicable requirement will be handled. The no-logs stance described in this policy does not mean that browsing history that was never recorded can be provided.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the service is provided. Order and support records are retained for as long as needed for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Analytics data is used only for as long as needed to achieve its purpose, then deleted or separated from identifying information. This policy does not set a single retention period without a confirmed basis.

Users can log in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified to prevent accidental deletion. Deletion may affect login, subscription access, and support history. Data that must still be retained by law or to handle an open order will be restricted to that purpose and handled once the reason for retention ends.

Policy Updates and Questions

When this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes to data processing purposes or scope will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Review any changes before continuing to use the service. Questions about specific handling practices can be submitted through a panel support ticket.

For specific rules on subscription entitlements, payments, and refunds, also see the Terms of Service. This policy describes data handling; it does not replace plan details or extend the responsibilities of third-party platforms.
